The council has scheduled a member Consultation Regarding the American Rescue Plan Act Funds, to be held on Friday August 27th, 2021 from 1-4 pm.
Members are highly encouraged to bring ideas on how this funding would best be utilized for our nation.

Applications are now open for the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Individual Assistance Program.
Please follow this link to complete and submit the application:
All applications will need to be done separately for each tribal member, if applying for child members, you may submit another application after the first submission.
Please share this with any tribal members who might not have access to the media.
If you would like to complete a hard copy, we will have applications and a drop box available in the ONC entryway beginning Monday, from 8:30am-5:00pm.

Quality child care and early childhood education are key to our children’s success in life.

ONC is planning for the development of a comprehensive Yup’ik-based Early Childhood/Child Care program and facility.

As an initiative to maintain privacy of zoom meetings to Tribal Members and specially invited guests, Tribal Members who would like to attend council meetings will be required to either register to attend, or sign up to receive a monthly invitation.
