Effective today 9/10/21 all calls for ARPA will only be taken Monday thru Friday from 1:30pm to 4:30. This is to ensure that the staff working on all the remaining direct payment requests have sufficient time to work and process the remaining payments that are still due to membership as soon as possible.

We are asking that you please be patient. If you have applied already there is no need to reapply. If you do it will only hinder and slow the process directly. 

There are many members who have applied that have not received their payments yet. We are aware of this. If you have applied, know that your application is in and will be processed as soon as it can possibly be done. Additional personal have been added to speed-up the process. 

For verification that an application has been received, you may call 907-543-2608 and get added on to a call back list.
